Alicia is currently a Clinical Associate in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Alberta Hospital.  She completed her General Internal Medicine subspecialty training at the University of Alberta, where she completed her MD and Internal Medicine training.

Alicia joined the HoPingKong Centre as the 2020-21 Clinician-Scholar Fellow.  She is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Professions Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where her scholarship focuses on exploring the role of residents as assessors in the CBME context, and its impact on the postgraduate curriculum.
