Laura Naismith is a Research Officer with the Peel District School Board in Mississauga. She is an Assistant Professor (status-only) in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and holds an external appointment as a Collaborator Scientist with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto.

 

She uses quantitative, qualitative, and design-based research methodologies to explore the intersections of learning theories and technology-based innovations along the continua of K-12 and health professional education. Laura holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from McGill University.
