Vanessa is currently a PGY5 in the General Internal Medicine subspecialty training program at the University of Toronto, where she completed her MD and Internal Medicine training. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science, System Leadership, and Innovation at the University of Toronto.

Vanessa plans to design, implement, and evaluate innovative and multidisciplinary models of ambulatory care within General Internal Medicine, with a focus on an approach to hypertensive urgency management in the ambulatory setting.
