Dr. Sarah Malecki
Dr Maya Stein is currently in her second year of the
General Internal Medicine (GIM) subspecialty training
program at the University of Toronto (UofT).
Her current Clinician-Scholar Fellowship medical
education research includes a qualitative study exploring
the impact of patient volume and complexity on
perceptions of preparedness in Internal Medicine practice.
Maya is also undertaking a second project aimed at
enhancing hypertension education in the G. Raymond
Chang Complex Medicine Teaching Clinic, through the
design, implementation, and evaluation of a novel
ambulatory blood pressure monitor education tool for
clinical use.
