Research Projects
The Centre has supported many important developments in clinical education. It was the first to bring a Harvey cardiac exam simulator to Toronto, fostering the growth of simulation education in internal medicine and promoting the development of scholarship in clinical reasoning based on the cardiac exam. It also pioneered the use of bedside ultrasound simulation for internal medicine trainees at UofT. It supported the development and delivery of a highly prized lecture series on the 'Art of Medicine', as well as the intersection between quality improvement, education, and practice
